How we charge

Bridgehaus does not charge separate design fees or project management fees. We earn a markup on the materials and services we source and manage on your behalf — the same way an architect or designer would.
Materials are sourced at trade pricing and billed at cost plus markup. Permits and warehousing are billed the same way. There are no retainers, no project fees, no surprise charges. Everything is disclosed upfront and agreed to before we begin.
For contractors and designers who refer projects: there is no cost to you. The client pays for a fully managed service. We pay you a referral fee.
