For interior designers

Focus on the design.
We handle everything else.

Procurement, warehousing, contractor coordination, project admin — the unsexy parts of the job, run as your back office.

You didn't get into this work to chase vendors, sit on hold with manufacturers, or babysit warehouse drop-offs. But that's where the day goes. Bridgehaus is the procurement and logistics arm you can plug into — without staffing it. We work in your name, on your timeline, only on what you ask us to take. You stay the design lead. We stay invisible.

The split

You stay the design lead. We stay invisible.

The work that's the reason your clients hired you stays with you. The work that's eating your day comes off your plate.

You keep

  • The design

Concepts, presentations, selections, the creative work that's the reason your clients hired you.

  • The client relationship

We answer to your studio. Vendor calls and contractor briefs go out under your name.

  • The decision rights

We never make a selection. We never ship a substitution without your sign-off.

  • The studio's identity

Bridgehaus stays invisible. The client never has to figure out who's running the project — your studio is.

We take

  • Vendor calls and reorders

We place every order, track every lead time, file every damage claim. The procurement work that's the unsexy part of the job.

  • Receiving and warehousing

Materials land at our facility, get inspected, and stay there until the build is ready — staged for delivery on the contractor's schedule.

  • Contractor coordination

We brief the GC, hand over the build-ready packet, and field the questions that would otherwise hit your inbox at 7am.

  • Project administration

Change orders logged. Approvals tracked. Client portals updated. The work you would hire someone for, run as a service.

How we work with studios

Plug us in. Pull us out when you outgrow us.

  • Procurement ordered, tracked, received.

Every order placed at trade pricing, every lead time managed, every substitution handled if something is discontinued. Damage claims filed without a phone call from you.

  • Warehousing synced to the build.

Materials received and inspected at our facility. Stored until ready. Staged and delivered on your contractor's schedule — not whenever a truck shows up.

  • Contractor coordination on your behalf.

We brief the GC, share the build-ready packet, and field the questions that would otherwise hit your inbox at 7am.

  • Project admin — nothing falls through.

Change orders logged. Approvals tracked. Client portals updated. The administration you'd hire someone for, run as a service.

  • À la carte — only what you need now.

Add procurement this quarter. Add warehousing next year. Drop services as your studio grows. No long-term contracts. No overhead you don't need yet.

  • Your name on every conversation.

We answer to your studio. The client never has to wonder who's running the project. You stay the design lead. We stay invisible.

How it works

Three steps to add Bridgehaus to your studio.

  1. Join as a member

Choose the services you need right now. À la carte or packaged. No long-term contracts. No overhead you don't need yet.

  2. Send us your projects

We integrate into your workflow. Your clients stay yours. We handle the back office — quietly, professionally, on brand.

  3. Scale with confidence

When you're ready to hire full time, you'll know exactly what role to fill. Until then — we are that role.

Common questions

The things designers ask first.

  • Will you white-label under my studio name?

Yes. That is the default. Vendor calls, order confirmations, contractor briefs, and client portals carry your studio's name. We answer to you. The client never has to figure out who is running the project — your studio is.

  • I already have procurement systems and vendor relationships. Why use Bridgehaus?

Two reasons most designers cite: warehousing and contractor coordination. Even studios with strong vendor lists run into the same wall — receiving, storing, and staging materials in sync with the build, and translating selections into something a GC can build from. Those are the pieces we do best. If your procurement is already humming, start there and keep it.

  • How do you charge?

Markup on materials and services we source and manage on your behalf, the same way most procurement-led studios already operate. À la carte — only the services you turn on. No retainers. No long-term contracts. Pricing is transparent and disclosed before any engagement.

  • Do you work with my contractors, or do I have to bring you ours?

Both. If you have contractor relationships, we plug into them — we coordinate, brief, and deliver materials on their schedule, and your studio stays the design lead. If you need a contractor introduction in the Bridgehaus partner network, we can make one. Either way, your name is on the project.

  • Can I add or drop services as my studio grows?

Yes. The à la carte structure is designed for studios that scale unevenly — add procurement this quarter, add warehousing when you need it, drop services if you bring them in-house later. There are no penalties for changing scope. The point is to be the back office you do not have yet — only as long as that is true.
