For contractors and GCs
The back office you need —
before you can afford to hire it.
Procurement, permits, warehousing, project admin. À la carte. Your clients stay yours.
Every contractor hits the same wall. You need a permit manager, a procurement specialist, and a project admin — but not full time yet. You're great at your craft. The back office is drowning you before you can scale. A full-time hire at the wrong time wipes out a year of profit. Bridgehaus is the role you're not ready to fill — until you are.
The wall
You can do the build.
The back office is what's drowning you.
You need a permit manager
But not full time yet. Permits stack up while you wait to grow into the hire.
You need a procurement specialist
But not full time yet. Material orders go to whoever has time today — usually you, at the wrong hours.
You need a project admin
But not full time yet. Client comms eat the part of your day that should be on a build.
You can't afford to hire any of them
Hiring at the wrong time wipes out a year of profit. So you keep doing it all yourself — and the work suffers.
What we run
We are the role you're not ready to fill — until you are.
Permits handled before the build starts.
Application through approval. We chase the municipality so you don't. No delays because a form was wrong.
Materials sourced, warehoused, delivered.
Trade pricing. Lead times tracked. Damage caught at receiving — not on your job site. Staged delivery on your build schedule.
Client comms managed through a portal.
Change orders, progress updates, document storage. The visibility your clients expect — without you handling every email yourself.
Invoicing and job costing per project.
Per-job clarity that keeps margin where it belongs. You see the numbers; we keep the books.
A build-ready packet, every time.
Specs documented. Materials staged. Vendor contacts and order numbers in one place. You start every build with everything you need.
We never touch your clients as a rival.
Invisible infrastructure, not a competitor. Your clients stay yours. We work behind the scenes — quietly, professionally, on brand.
What this costs you
Nothing direct.
Markup-based, by design.
Materials sourced at trade pricing and billed to your client at cost plus markup — same model for permits and warehousing. The contractor pays no retainer, no project fee, no monthly subscription. Refer a project that becomes a fully managed engagement and you receive a referral fee.

Common questions
The things contractors ask first.
Will you take my clients?
No. That positioning is non-negotiable. Bridgehaus is invisible infrastructure — we do not sell to your clients, we do not market to them, and we do not show up in their inbox under our own name. Your clients stay yours. We work behind the scenes, on your brand and on your terms.
What does this cost me?
Nothing direct. Our model is markup-based: materials are sourced at trade pricing and billed to your client at cost plus markup. The same model covers permits and warehousing. The contractor pays no retainer, no project fee, no monthly subscription. When you refer a project that becomes a fully managed engagement, you receive a referral fee.
Do I have to use every service to start?
No. À la carte by design. Most partners start with one service — usually procurement or permits — and add services as the relationship proves itself. There is no minimum scope and no long-term contract. Add what you need now. Drop what you do not.
How does the client comms piece work without confusing my client?
Your client communicates with you and with the project portal. The portal is on your brand. We handle the operational back-and-forth — vendors, deliveries, paperwork — and surface only the decisions that need your client. They see a contractor running an unusually well-organized project. They do not see us.
What sizes of projects make sense for this?
Mid-to-large residential is the sweet spot — anything where the procurement and warehousing math actually moves the needle. Whole-home renovations, custom builds, multi-trade additions, kitchens and baths over a certain budget. We can talk through fit on a specific project before either of us commits.
Where do you operate?
Our warehouse and office are in Hatboro, PA. Procurement and project administration are not bound by geography — we already work with partners outside the immediate area. Warehousing and staged delivery work best within driving distance of our facility; we can talk through the math for projects further out.

Send us a project. We will show you exactly how this works.
No retainer. No long-term contract. No commitment beyond the first project.
